Thomas’s main responsibility is the design, development and management of the NorNet Core infrastructure. Furthermore, his research focus is on Reliable Server Pooling (RSerPool) as well as particularly on multi-path transport with the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) and Multi-Path TCP (MPTCP). He is also involved in standardisation in the IETF.
