ToMaTo project: call for participation in tutorial at NetSys 2015

A call for participation from the ToMaTo project that cooperates with NorNet:

«On Monday, March 9th, we will offer a tutorial for the Topology Management Tool (ToMaTo) as part of NetSys 2015 in Cottbus (https://www.netsys2015.com/tutorials/tutorial-topology-management-tool). NetSys is a bianual scientific conference of the GI special interest group „Communication and Distributed Systems (KuVS)“.

Details on the tool, which has been developed as part of the G-Lab project, can be found here: http://tomato-lab.org.
The tutorial enables participants to catch up with the latest developments in this area. In particular, the addition of multiple international sites has increased ToMaTo’s reach considerably and is showing a positive impact on the tool’s visibility and applicability. Beyond this, the tutorial will also introduce a set of lab exercises that have been developed to demonstrate ToMaTo’s capabilities in a teaching context. Altogether, the tutorial offers an opportunity to introduce students to modeling distributed systems early on and conducting experiments in this context.

I am looking forward to welcoming you and many others interested in ToMaTo during NetSys 2015.

Kind regards
Paul Müller»
